Privacy Policy

This is a personal portal. Here's exactly what it does with your information — no surprises, no fine-print games.

What I collect

• Your email address — used to sign you in. Sign-in is by emailed link; there is no password.
• Messages you send through the chat panel, if you use it.
• Basic activity logs — which posts you opened, when you signed in. Used for debugging and to know whether anyone's actually reading.

What I don't do

• I don't sell your information. Ever. To anyone.
• I don't share it with advertisers, marketers, data brokers, or analytics middlemen.
• I don't use third-party trackers, pixels, or fingerprinting scripts.
• I don't have a marketing mailing list and won't add you to one.

Where your data lives

The site runs on Firebase (Google Cloud). Your email, sign-in link, and chat history are stored in Google's infrastructure under their security and compliance. Nothing is exported anywhere else.

Cookies and tracking

Sign-in stores a Firebase auth token in your browser so you stay signed in between visits. That's the only data this site stores client-side. There are no third-party cookies and no cross-site tracking.

Deleting your data

Email melanie@sanctumtools.com and I'll remove your account, your sign-in link, and any chat history tied to your email. I'll confirm by reply.
